0,33l from bottle bought at Hotel zum Bären, Mellau. Yellow clear color, small white head. Smells apples, earthy, dry, flowery. Nice smell . Light body, bubbly carbonation. Tastes lightly acidic, apples, dry, minerality, earthy. Finishes dry and with hints of sweetness with notes of apples, earthy and minerals. Easy drinking and enjoyable. Light and bubbly
