C. L. F. aka Cider Lady's Finger owes its unusual name to a distinctive elliptical shape. Our apples were green with a red flush; likely the Herefordshire 'version' of this mysterious variety, which has multiple different apples claiming to be the original variety. This is a very pleasant, tropical and fruity cider with a little tanginess and green acidity, but a light finish making it particularly quaffable.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruit, apple, flesh. Taste is fruity, appley, fleshy, with some funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
