can at home picked up from Brewdoge online. A hazed amber brown coloured pour with a lasting khaki head. Aroma is zesty lemon, fresh, biscuity malts, floral notes, nutty, some alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, some resin, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of layered malts, nutty, brown bready, pine resin, pine sap, lemon zippy, zesty, firm bitterness. Not bad.

Can from Brewdog Ellon. It pours deep orangey - brown with a decent fluffy beige head. The aroma is rich, sticky, sappy, pine, resinous, toffee, cola cubes, tangy citrus, orange marmalade, guava, toasted brown sugars, orange barley water and boozey fun times. The taste is slick, sappy, sticky, resinous, bitter - sweet, cola.
cubes, orange marmalade, orange squash, peachy, mango, guava, watermelon, brown bread and pleasing boozy alcohol boost through a sweet, sticky finish. Medium - fulsome body and moderate carbonation. A pleasing big malty number. Has a nice old skool US craft vibe.

Keg at Brewdog Tower Hill. Apparently brewed but putting it under this US BD listing for now. And down as a brown ale. Strange of appearance, but that'snot necessarilya detracting.feature. Thick foamy off-white head. A hazy dark orange rust colour. Aroma has bitter hops and underlying caramel. Flavourwise it has resinous hops qnd spice over caramel. Develops fruity sourness. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable if not mind-blowing. Hoppy stronge ale thing with definite Brown facets.
