BA Imperial Stout
At the heart of winter, Eminence emerges. Our first barrel aged release of the season, shaped alongside Fermentage. A 13% Imperial Stout of quiet power and silken depth, born from the union of two stouts blended into one. Aged in Plantation rum barrels with molasses to lend warmth and sweet shadow, while three vanilla varietals from Uganda, Madagascar and Papua New Guinea weave fragrance and finesse. Dark, contemplative and indulgent... Eminence holds on like the last glow of a winter evening.

Bottled at Winter Affair 2026 - huge thanks Zhenya I think! Or Eitan? It's a blur. Anyway. Blackish body, didn't note the head. Dry, nutty aroma, berries, maple. Blueberry and maple sweet taste, vanilla, rough alcohol and bitterness, quite warming. Impressive, fun, bit much for my tastes.

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Great! Decadent, warming, but pleasant. Lots of chocolate, some dark berries too, like blackberry or blueberry? Sweet, but drinkable, great.
