TEST BATCH for 3-WAY IPA 2025

A Hazy Double IPA with Citra and Superdelic hops.

Beta Beers are Test Batches for future seasonals. Seasonals like 3-Way IPA.

You'll see 3-Way IPA 2026 in cans all around the Pacific Northwest next summer. In the meantime, take your pint of Beta 37.1 (the second Beta), close your eyes, and picture all the fishing, canoeing, hiking, lawn mowing, sunbathing, and birdwatching you'll be doing in a few short months. Tastes like summer.

What's new with this batch: Everything. Nothing. It's the first Hazy batch.

Hops: Citra, Superdelic, Motueka Hop Kief, Citra CO2 Extract, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Waimea

Malts: Gambrinus Pilsner, Linc Stingray Wheat, Grain Millers Flaked Oats, Weyermann Acidulated

Draft at Here's How. Hazy yellow pour, thin skin of white foam, lacing coats the glass. Soft, citrusy aroma, grapefruit, pineapple. Taste is zesty, grapefruit peel, tangy. Some of the citrus zest lingers on the palate. Very approachable.

Tried from Draft at Here's How Public House on 30 Jan 2026 at 23:40
