Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt amber/copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off eloquently to leave some light lace.
Aroma: citrusy, clean grassy and subtle piney/resinous hoppiness flowing over clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior mentioned aromas nicely to a steady bittersweet blending, mild aftertaste of pine and citrus
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; some hop grip but not overbearing; finishes fairly smooth
Overall: I think Foundation was trying for a NEIPA but to me it came across as a nicely brewed IPA, I'd still have again despite it missing the "hazy" mark.
