Brewed with Czech Saaz and Nelson Sauvin (New Zealand) hops. This beer was inspired by some of our favorite Japanese rice lagers. Subtle toasted rice/sake/Jasmine aroma. Extremely pale in color with a dry, crisp, and clean finish.

12 oz can. Aroma is floral, chalky candy, grassy. Pours lightly hazy pale golden with a thin off-white head that settles into a skiff quickly. Taste is mostly sweet backed by a building hop bitterness, finishing dry.
