Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden with some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of soured apple, acetic funk. Taste is sour, fleshy apple, solventy funk, with some drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sour acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
