750 ml swing top bottle poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Batch 001 at 7.5% ABV. Clear pale yellow with tiny sediment floaters, no head. Aromas of pears, apple, light champagne and white wine notes, subtle oak. Tastes of pears, tart green apples, light white wine and oaky notes. Light body with a dry finish. Still carbonation. Pretty good, not sure what neobliviscaris was drinking.

Draft - Farmhouse, dusty apples and sweet pear. Cloudy yellow. Very tart and acidic with a dry finish.

Bottle sample at the source. Milky yellow color. Aroma of apple skins. Taste starts sweet, then tart apple and pear. OK.

10oz draft pour at Scion DC. Poured a hazy golden color without any head. Aroma was light pear, apple. Neutral notes. Some crisp apple notes, pear. Light sweetness. Neutral. Not bad, just boring.

On tap at Scion DC, pours a clear gold zero head. Legs like a scotch. Nose has apple notes, pear too, some mild wood, a touch earthy. Flavor has more pear, apple too, sweet honey, a little woody, a little cheesy. Full bodied.
