We’re back with our double dry-hopped DIPA series, Rags n’ Tags. Alongside Citra, we’ve added some Mosaic and heaps of specially selected Galaxy hops from Hollingbery.
A new house blend of yeast helps provide a burst of peach flavor that plays well with the stone fruit notes of the Galaxy. Tropical fruit flavors come together while the oats, wheat and lactose offer a soft, full finish.
