A double dry hopped West Coast IPA. It’s Oregon Trail dialled up to 11. We took the original recipe and added Yakima Chief Dynaboost and Hyperboost to push the flavour and aroma beyond that of OG OT. Will it retain its balance? Let’s find out! Vegan friendly.

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of marmalade, dank piney resin, grapefruit, orange. Taste is resinous, piney, orange and grapefruit, a tad earthy, a bit of marmalade, caramel, bitter finish but not as strong as expected. Medium body. Great westie but no better or worse than the original.

Can from Against The Grain. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple and mint. Flavour of grapefruit, tangerine and pineapple. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A bright and juicy IPA.

Keg at the brewery tap, with James, 30th January 2026. Pours clear golden. Aroma is pine and citrus. Taste is clean, resinous, aromatic, bitter, I would have liked more bitterness, but over all nice one
