Let bittersweets guide you home. Blended in collaboration with Susie and Chris, who run the Station House pub in Durham, underneath the viaduct. This cider celebrates 10 years of the Station House through the language we know best: matured, dry cider full of rich, complex tannins. The recognisable character of Bulmers Norman, apricots and almonds, with the ripened red berries of Somerset Redstreak, are hinted at in a drink that is a testament to the magnificence of the 2022 vintage for cider apples.

500ml bottle from Ross on Wye. Orangey gold colour, short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, appley, fruity, some core, juicy, with alittle citric tartness, woody funk hints, and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
