This collaboration beer was named Canada's best beer of 2024! QUARK< Strangeness and Charm is a Belgian witbier, featuring barley, wheat, oats, coriander and sweet orange peel. It was the result of a collaboration between Nokomis brewmaster Jeff Allport and POB Brewmaster Nathan Kary, who dialed in the recipe working together in test-batch after test-batch.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of bready wheat malt, orange peel, Belgian yeast and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, orange peel, Belgian yeast, black pepper, coriander and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and thirst quenching.
