Say Hi to Canary Yellow. This 7.75% DIPA features Citra hops complemented by Enigma, Galaxy and Nectaron hops. Its dank and hazy with aromas of pineapple, mango, and orange zest and notes of ripe stone fruit, a bit of lime, and subtle berry notes. And with a medium body and clean dry finish, it packs a ton of flavor into a delightfully drinkable pour.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Fruity and juicy with big Citra but also a nice melon and sweet lime character. Honey-like malts easily balance.
Juicy and fruity. Melon and fresh citrus with a floral accent and moderate bitterness. On the drier side but still manages a pretty good maltiness.

Draft at brewery both Saturday night for music and Monday for run club. Mostly yellowish hazy pour and frothy head. Nose is stone fruit and citrus. Tastes of honey dew, mango, peach, grass, herbal and white tea. Creamy texture light prickly finish. Easy drinking.
