Made to celebrate five wonderful years of The Cat in the Glass by our friends at Little Pomona, this perry is our playful nod to the adventures – and occasional perils – that come with a shared love of flavour.
A special pear variety called Gin Pear was fermented in an ex-gin barrel. It shimmers with bright citrus energy, crisp pear and botanical notes that weave through a gentle, rounded finish. Fresh, zesty and full of life – just the way we like it.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona, for #rgpm. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, short-lived foamy white head that dissipates, and aroma of perry pear, citric, gin, herbal, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, zingy, perry peary, with lemon-lime citric acidity, some herby gin-like notes, alittle funk, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry citric peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
