Bottle. Pickled ginger, light medicinal, bubblegum, citrus. Cloudy yellow, offwhite lace. Medium dry, foamy. dry dust and funk, Orval with ginger ale, a bit too much ginger ale. Lemon curd and pleasant sour finish. Great Biergarten drink.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with nice white head. Aroma is ginger, moldy cellar, wood, lemonade, funk. Taste is ginger lemonade, pickler ginger, wood, citric, a touch leathery. Silky mouthfeel with sparkling carbonation. Tasty, maybe a bit too clean.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich barnyard, some ginger, stable, fruits and funk. Nice funky ginger finish. Lovely.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy nice sour ginger aroma. Light bitter flavor. Astringent but nice balance between sourness and ginger. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Flavor is light sour, light herbal, little malt, wood, oak, citrus, lemon, ginger. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. Not a fan of ginger in my beer. 040518

Fine but good white hed, fed by finely carbonated yellow-golden beer. Nose is a combination of flowery/blossoms and ginger, unmistakably. Hint of acid, farmyard, horseblanket. Ginger, tad pharmaceutical but going over in a nice citric/lemony sourness. Wood, Japanese preserved sushiginger. Tricky, but the balance succeeded. Very mild lactic acid. Titillating carbonation & acidity. Light acidthinning, some wheatslickness. I wouldn't have thought it possible, but this IS a success. 8/4/84/17

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours cloudy hay-yellow with a medium head. Aroma is ginger, stable dunk, dissolved fizzy sour tabs. Body is light and fresh, simple and straight. Fizzy carbonation etc, yet little ginger flavours. Some hints of it towards the palate, also becomes spicy after enough sips. Dry palate, a bit chalky. Good and refreshing, yet rather simple.
