Bottle split at L6, thanks to Scoopy, 25/07/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangy citric peel, wood must, ginger shreds, barnyard esters, grains, apple core. Taste comprises raw ginger, funk, damp alleyway, herbal notes, vinous, hay bale, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic underlay. Decent enough stuff ... way better than I'd expected!

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Strong gingery nose, some lemon. Light sweet flavour with pleasant acidity, zesty lemon, mild dry pale wood, grass. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly tart, dry, more lemon and mild spicy ginger. Solid novelty.

Bottle shared at DS. It pours cloudy orangey - golden with medium white head. The aroma is musty, funky, hay, spicy ginger action, ginger snaps, doughy bread and some Granny Smith apple. The taste is crisp, tart, mouth - pucker, bracing acidity, lemon sherbet, earthy, lemon & ginger tea, ginger is quite subtle, pithy grapefruit, Granny Smith apple, must and funk with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate - high carbonation. Punchy and well - judged.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Paul. Hazy yellow gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry malts. Light lemony tartness, bit of dry and bitterish seltzer, mine fruity ginger. Light finish. Not bad, tad bitter.

Capped and corked 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent bright gold with a huge white head. Nice from ginger aroma. Med body or so. Flavor is very ginger, so the gueuze is perhaps muted slightly. Thereβs a bit of wood to go along with the ginger. Very dry. Very ginger. Good stuff.
