Bottle. Pours greenish yellow. Nose/taste of dry apple, very lightly tart farmhouse funk, nutmeg and cinnamon. Medium body.

Bottle - Earthy sweetness and light overripe Apple. Very light clear yellow. Grassy, tart hay, light funky and ripe Apple. Very dry finish.

Bottle. Hazy very pale yellow color, flat. Aroma of apple skin, pear, lemon, grapefruit. Taste is tart, bready apple and citrus rind with a bit of spice at the finish. Reminiscent of the style.

Ok cider with some of that burnt basque taste. White wine pour without much head or lacing. Decent. Tap at Snallygaster.

6 oz draft pour at Snallygaster 2014 shared by me. Hazy light yellow. Aromas of funk, apples, tart fruit. Tastes of apples, lemon, lime, tart fruit, light funk. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

10oz draft pour at Scion DC. Poured a hazy golden color without a head. Aroma was tart apple notes, juicy apples, some touch of citrus. Sweet, funky. Interesting.

On tap at Scion DC pours a very hazy gold with zero head. Nice tart apple nose, apple skins, mild lemon, juicy, hints of funk. Flavor is sweet, tart, apple juice, apple cores, slightest hints of funk. Sweet, lemony finish.
