Pliny the Younger was first brewed as a seasonal release during the slow days of Winter 2005. As we continue to explore new hop varieties and combinations, each year we build off the previous years recipe with some slight changes. Pliny the Younger is loaded with a fresh hop aroma and flavor with notes of pine, stone fruit, citrus, and lychee. Please keep cold and enjoy fresh for the best hop aroma and flavor! 2026 Vintage Hopped With: Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, Tangier, Nectaron, Mosaic, Warrior

First review of the vintage! At Stuft as part of a sampler with Blind Pig and Velvet Glow. $20 so will only have one and get it elsewhere - but my first of the year. Nectarine and tangerine dominate the aroma, with moderate fusel aromatics. Clear light gold with fluffy white head that dissipates. Flavor also leans early into the same fruit, before quickly switching a grass and onion in the finish. Last year was superb and I’ll feel like this misses the mark a bit comparatively. If I’d had about 16 vintages, this may be a bottom 2 or so. Still nice to have!!
