Knill is an evolution of one of our first ever beers, Knill by Mouth, first brewed back in 2010. A ramped up hybrid of a classic style, mixed with modern execution.

Knill is a big, sharp West Coast DIPA, with all the bitterness and pine you want. All of the Oil rich hops beginning with 'C' have been used, to create this rich amber 7.5% ABV craft beer.

440ml can, gifted by the brewery. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, resinous. Taste is full on orange marmalade, quite resinous too, sweet malts, caramel, grapefruit, a bit of pine, bitterness is fine but for me it should really be a lot stronger for the style, does come through more as the beer goes on though. Medium bodied.
