Undated can drunk 2/10/26.
Rich malt but not too much caramel and little/no toasted grain. Lots of base malt adding rich honey with a soft, but fragrant, herbal and floral hop character leading to rich mineral on the clean, lasting finish.
Not quite as malty as the nose lets on, though it's certainly not thin. Carbonation is a bit loose, but the beer is attenuated enough to not have it come off too sluggish or syrupy. Other than that, there's a very robust hop flavor and bitterness of fresh herb and floral notes with rich honey and white bread. Just missing a bit of snappiness/crispness on the finish, which comes off a bit loose/watery and overly malty.
