Sevje (sap) is a West Coast double IPA saturated with old-school, piney, and dank hop aromas and flavors from Columbus, Simcoe, and Citra hops. The beer is dry, bitter and light in color, as a West Coast DIPA should be, with the recognizable big hop character of the style.

Den første fredagen i måneden er som regel den dyreste, takket være Salikatts produksjonsmønster, så også denne gangen. Her en 0,44 boks fra Kilden Fjernlager, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med nydelig skumkrone. Crisp og fokusert, delig aroma og smak med fin bitterhet i den halvtørre avslutningen. Mer trenger jeg ikke for å ha en god kveld.
