Southern Weather is our tribute to New Zealand hops, brewed with our friends across the pond at NoFo Brew Co.
Brewed on a light base of German malts, spelt, wheat and oats for a super fluffy yet very drinkable mouthfeel, we went all in with hops from New Zealand including Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, NZ Cascade and a touch of Nelson Sauvin for good measure.
From mash hopping to double dry hopping, this 5% ABV pale ale bursts with aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and gooseberry, balanced by a gentle piney character.

Nice antipodean hoppy action on the nose and taste follows, notes of juicy tender white grape and crushed gooseberry, some citrusy fruity notes in play, sweetish pale malts, balanced light bitter hoppy close

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours rather hazy, very pale yellow, with limited, medium grained white foam. Aroma is herbal, hay, a little tropical. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with some sweetness too. Final is fairly dry.
