On tap at Chuck’s Seward Park, pours black, no head. Nose is rich, with intense bourbon barrels, deep vanilla, some cocoa, and dark sugars. Flavour is wonderfully complex and balanced, with deep bourbon barrel, rich dark sugars, high-quality vanilla, a little chocolate. Everything is rounded beautifully. Top-notch pastry from peak era Bottle Logic.

Bottle. Pours inky black with a small brown head and decent lacing. Aroma is super heavy on both chocolate and vanilla, bourbon notes. Mega sweet, light bitter. Full body. Its well done, but pretty extreme.

Poured from 650mL bottle (2019 vintage; 13.55% abv). Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Cacao nib, boozy bourbon, vanilla. Tasty stuff, but seems to be slightly thin for what I would have expected. Could be rounder.

Dark brown pour with a medium-height tan head. Notes of cacao nibs, vanilla, triple chocolate brownies, smooth bourbon, toffee, salted caramel. Delicious stuff.
