Oreo Brownie Bestowed is an 11.5% Imperial Pastry Stout conditioned on chocolate, Oreos and brownies. We brewed it in collaboration with our friends from @AdroitTheory in Virginia. It's indulgent yet drinkable with notes of brownie batter and creamy chocolate.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of liquid Oreos and brownie batter, dark cocoa, and sugar. Flavour is full of dark chocolate, chocolate brownies, some Oreos, and burnt sugars. The residual sugar is somehow reigned in, so it’s nowhere close to cloying. Hard to call it complex, but it’s certainly pleasant.

Dark brown. The aroma has some oreo for sure, some chocolate, and a bit of that husky sort of character their stouts sometimes have. On the palate, a touch of vanilla, bitter chocolate, and oreo. Medium body, a touch of alcohol in the finish. The base isn't great - sometimes these are and sometimes they're not - but I like the oreo character.

16oz @ SF shared with almost full gang (missing two biggest guys only).
Aroma: dusty, earthy, chocolate, some sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, semi dry, a lot of brownie and chocolate. Somewhat artificial, reminded me those chewing gums with chocolate flavour.
Overall: decent.

473mL can. Pours black with a beige head. Loads of milk chocolate and cookie batter on the nose. Flavour has cookie batter, chocolate syrup; sweet up front, but not cloying and finishes reasonably sweet. Pretty decent pastry stout, gimmicky but pretty well executed.
