Poured from 750mL bottle (lot code 25039750; 2023 vintage). Lightly hazed gold with minimal white head. Some very feint underlying pinot noir notes with mild mixed ferm quality. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with no head. Nose has a wonderful wild yeast, semi-fermented out honey—unusual but complex. Flavour is more traditionally musty like a classic lambic, with mostly fermented out honey, barnyard notes, and a touch of leather. Ordinarily, I’m not a big fan of uncarbonated lambic, but somehow this works here, accentuating the honey-like character. Unusual but this is very good.

750ml @ SF shared with almost full gang (missing two biggest guys only).
Aroma: farmhouse notes, a bit of tea notes, still.
Taste: along the same lines.
Overall: good for that it is, quite close to still lambics.

Hazy, pale amber. The aroma has some butteriness to it, with a hint of the pinot noir barrel. On the palate, it's flat. There's a bit of pinot noir, with a light grain. Quite flat. There's a bit of straw character. I'd say one of the beers in the blend has a touch of ropey pedio that they tried to blend out.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy blonde with no head. Gentle floral and oaky character on the nose; very fermented out. Flavour is quite floral and oaky, wine barrel notes. Quite attenuated. Has some characteristics of a(n unblended) lambic, but not quite with the same leathery character. Nice, very solid beer.
