A varietal blend of Stoke Red with a small amount of Michelin to soften up the acidity. Fermented and matured in second fill Irish whisky barrels, this gives a very apple forward, fruit filled medium sparkling apple cider at 5.2%. 750ml.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Orangey golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, juicy fruit, herbal funk. Taste is sweetish and tart, ripe apple, juicy, fruity, with some wood barrel, funk, drying acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
