Born from a collaboration with our friends at Brasserie Thiriez, Docker’s Union embodies the spirit of the dockworkers: solid, dark, and straightforward.
Beneath its impenetrable black color, the nose reveals a deep blend of cold coffee, dark chocolate, and subtly earthy notes, lifted by an unexpected freshness reminiscent of camphor and menthol.
The palate oscillates between roasted aroma and bitterness: a rich yet dry structure, enhanced by the aromatic vibrancy of Javanese long pepper.
The finish, long and elegantly bitter, prolongs this impression of balance and precision.
A robust and distinguished Baltic Porter, built to withstand the open sea… where the intensity of the malt meets the vibrancy of the spice.
The fruit of a fraternal friendship, born somewhere between the misty docks of the North and the workshops of an old brewery in the East.
Cheers, comrade!

330ml bottle from Thiriez. Pours black with a thin cream-coloured head. Fantastic porter, really flavoursome, addition of pepper is a nice touch, Thiriez's influence perhaps. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Hit's the style square on the head. Excellent. Just a shame about the AI artwork.
