Dessert Cider
Freezing & slowly thawing the juice from carefully selected Exe valley apples allowed us to collect an intense syrupy elixir which naturally, wild fermented to create this sweet yet balanced dessert cider
5.0% abv (naturally lower alcohol, while remaining rich and complex)
serve well chilled in small measures, alongside dessert or as a digestif
no added sulphites, unfiltered, unfined

Panda at home, Thanks to Ed Danlo, 24/05/2026.
Almost clear copper topped with a just off white head that clears to the edge.
Nose is crisp apple, light tannins, sugars.
Taste comprises desert apple, caramel, sugars, vinous, caramelised apple.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid kit ... great depth of flavour for the meagre ABV when compared against the boost factor usually associated with the style.

375ml bottle from Find & Foster. Orangey golden amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rich apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, apple sauce, syrupy, with some barnyard funk, tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish with alittle drying tannin. Nicely drinkable.
