Our take on a modern West Coast IPA. Brewed with a base of Maine-grown pilsner malt, hopped aggressively throughout the process with a choice blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata, and fermented with a squeaky-clean Southern California Ale Yeast. Vibrant notes of pine and berry and a bone dry finish, this is IPA in its purest form.

Pours a slightly hazy, very pale lemon-gold, with smallish head. Aroma is pine, citrus, some bread. Flavors follow, with a light underlying sweetness. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
