Our take on a modern West Coast IPA. Brewed with a base of Maine-grown pilsner malt, hopped aggressively throughout the process with a choice blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata, and fermented with a squeaky-clean Southern California Ale Yeast. Vibrant notes of pine and berry and a bone dry finish, this is IPA in its purest form.

Clear gold, fizzy white head. Nose is green, minty and toothpaste, grassy, some scallion. It's not aggressive. Flavors follow. Simple grist. Some bite, dry. Easy to drink. 8 7.5 6.5 7 7

On tap at the brewery taproom. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy resiny nose. Sweet malty, citrusy, resiny, herbal and touch of oranges with touch of alcohol and rather bitter finish.

Pours a slightly hazy, very pale lemon-gold, with smallish head. Aroma is pine, citrus, some bread. Flavors follow, with a light underlying sweetness. Clean, crisp mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
