Lightly hazed, amber-brown colour with amber highlights, an off-white head, average retention and minimal lacing. Fruity aromas of plums, cherries, blending with clover esters giving some spiciness, medicinal notes - all with a mild banana-wheat base. Nice malty flavours with caramel, bread, bananas, spices, plum-raisins and hints of bubble gum. Not overly sweet, not syrupy, with just a good wetness. Quite a well-balanced, kind of refreshing Weizenbock with the alcohol well-hidden, going down nicely.
