Hazed, golden colour with an orange hue, a big creamy, warm-white head, good retention and full sticky, foamy lacing. Big fruity aromas with citrus (juices and zest), apricot, grassiness, all with a touch of tea-cannabis. The mouthfeel is juicy with a mild, slow building dryness. Tannins are left on the tongue. Tangerine, apricot over the citrusy notes, in the flavours with that touch of grassy-tea in the finish. The rye might add a tad spiciness in there, but the rest holds itself up. A refreshing, juicy IPA with nice tropical notes, a herbal feel and tannins. Interesting, and one that grows on you.
