Back by popular demand, Talisman returns for a new vintage. Of all the beers we released last year, this was the one we heard you wanted to see again most, and we’re thrilled to bring it back.

At its heart, Talisman is a celebration of “second-use” fruit, where the beer develops a more subtle and integrated character. While last year’s release was a blend of four barrels, this year’s is built from a more complex selection of some of our favorite barrels that held second-use peaches and nectarines from the incredible Masumoto Family Farm. After an extended aging period, we infused the final blend with a touch of chamomile to add a soft floral note before naturally conditioning it with honey. The result is a complex and bright farmhouse ale, where nuanced fruit character and gentle florals are woven together beautifully.

Draft at Chuck's. This looks awful. It’s fucking grey. Acetic, some stone fruit but it’s clunky, a touch of butyric. Just not on. What the shit happened here?
