A couple of weeks ago, our friends at @fellbrewery were kind enough to host us for a special Tavern collaboration brew!
We thought we'd get in on the Mild action a little early this year! While Mild Magic is on the horizon in April, we really think the style should be brewed & drunk all year round, and that starts in January!

I did come across some sheep on the cliffs of the Ayrshire coast last week. Dark clear golden with a small glow. Has a deeper neutral hop-malt taste, verging on watery, with quite a sweet aroma. The cask texture is good though, slipping down the palate well enough.
