Kveik is a Norwegian yeast that ferments at room temperature. This strain comes from the Hornindal region. We used the same wheat malts for the haziness and dry hopped the beer to compliment the fruity character of the yeast.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson. Hazy deep golden, small head. Woody nose with grapes, lime and earth. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. White wine and slight moukldy wood. Mildly bitter finish.
