A strong, mildly funky tropical treat; brewed with almost 400 pounds of pineapple & coconut and fermented exclusively with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis; earthy, near-wild notes of grass, pepper & strawberry punctuate bold fruit aromatics, while the silky palate finishes dry with a hint of tanatlizing tartness; brewed in collaboration with KC & Ryan Sentz of Funky Buddha (Oakland Park, Florida).

Good stuff. Well-balanced, with a ton of fruits. Guava, pineapple and some other stuff. Cloudy gold with good head and lacing. Soft carbonation. Light sweet finish. Tap at brewpub.

On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy, deep gold with a ring of foamy, white head. Nose has some fruit, cleaning solvents, mild spice, some candlewax, tropical fruit. Flavor is better, pineapple, guava, a little soap, mild spice, hints of flavored vodka. Full bodied, oily finish.

4oz draft pour at the brewery. Poured a light golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was notes of pineapple, coconut. Flavor was nice sweetness, coconut, pineapple. As it warmed it tasted like a Piña colada. Def a lot of Funky Buddha influence in this one. My girlfriend said it smelled "like Summer." Refreshing.
