12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, best before 9/2013. Pours lightly hazy golden amber color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with moderate carbonation streaming up. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, hibiscus, wheat, bread, honey, grass, herbal, light pepper, and floral earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance between malt and floral notes; with solid strength. Taste of big hibiscus, pear, lemon, apple, wheat, bread, honey, herbal, light clove, and floral earthiness. Lingering notes of light fruits, hibiscus, wheat, bread, honey, and floral earthiness on the finish for a bit. Good balance of fruity notes with hibiscus and bready malt; with no cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy and smooth mouthfeel that is ok. Alcohol is very well hidden with hardly any warming noticed after the finish. Overall this is a solid wheat ale. Good balance of malt and hibiscus flavors; and very smooth to drink. An enjoyable offering.

Bottle: Hazy golden color with a light sandy head. Mild aroma of herbals, wheat, and grass. Clean and crisp flavor does well. Good florals, wheat, and herb... must be the hibiscus. Enjoyable.

Froma bottle. Odd flavored wheat ale. Smell is metallic floral white beer. Taste is rather furity at first then immediatley turns to something else in the back of yer throat. Finish is without typical ale bitterness,.

12 oz bottle from a six pack. Pours hazy cantaloupe with a medium off-white head with decent retention; leaves some lace. Aroma is doughy, vitamins, floral (honeysuckle?). Taste is sweet and savory with lots of floral notes; ends on a lightly sour note. Thin body, creamy mouthfeel. Creative and tasty.

A slightly hazy gold body underneath a tall white head. Yeasty, doughy aroma. Very faint floral. Slightly sweet with the usual wheat tang finish. I didn’t taste any Hibiscus. Drinkable, average.

There id a definite taste of pizza dough. Medium bodied with a creamy and slightly thick texture. Lively carbonation and s long finish. Overall, not bad. Definitely interesting for sure.

Pours gold into a Sam glass. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing to coat surface. Sweet caramel, meadow and hay. Crisp with sourdough and mild banana front to back. Dry lasting hay finish.

Lightly hazy gold - moderate lace - fairly mild aroma - light wheat, light citrus, mild acidity, subtle hibiscus - fairly creamy mouthfeel, nicely frothy carbonation - medium sweet flavor - soft wheat tones, mild citrus tone, melon - the hibiscus is very subtle - moderate acidity on the tail end - an interesting vanilla note in the finish - decent brew.
