A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light grassy malt with light hibiscus acidity, light musty character, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light orange notes, light mineral notes, light acidity, OK if a bit tired.

Hazy dark golden with a white head - Wheat and malt aroma - Thin malt body that is a little sweet - short thin malt finish - Did not care for this, to thin and sweet

Bottle. Yellow with white head. Mild aroma, wheat and flower. A little bit of honey and hibiscus in flavour. Not much finish.

12oz bottle pours a clear gold with some spitty white head. Nose is sweet, honey, flower pollen. Flavor is overly sweet, candy, hay. Watery finish.

Hazy copper coloured body with a nice set of super small bubbles rising from the bottom, all with a decent two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of wheat, stale corn, flowers, herbs, coriander seed and a bit of lemongrass. Light-bodied; Strong wheat and herbal notes up front with a good soft sweetness of honey and peaches noticeable and a little grassy and almost tea-like finish. Aftertaste shows some definite floral notes with a good deal of yeast, some light sweetness, a lot of wheat malt and a good complex herbal finish. Overall, a nice light-ish beer for the summer with a good flavour profile, solid complexity and a light enough structure to go well in the midst of the summer heat. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Wegman’s in Sterling, Virginia on 03-May-2013 for US$1.67 sampled at home in Washington on 22-July-2013.

Pours hazy gold with a thick, off-white head. Wheat, malt, floral scent... Taste is wheat......light.....citrus, hibiscus.... Slightly creamy. Not bad, but rather plain.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent brassy gold with a slight off-white head. Mild floral/fruit aroma. Med body. Flavor is a little cooked - not working for me. Might have done better with barley. I get the floral, but the supporting flavors don’t impart a taste that’s very enjoyable for me.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, best before September 2013, poured into a weizen glass. Pours clear deep golden with medium white head which dissipates fairly quickly. Light body, medium carbonation, and lighter hibiscus aroma. Taste is caramel, esters, soft wheat, and some hibiscus. Nice balance of hibiscus for me, not bad.
