Bottle at home, 24th December 17. Pours almost black, big head. Aroma is cocoa, citrus. Taste is grapefruit, citrus, cocoa, chocolate, pretty hoppy black IPA. Good one.

Bottle @ home. Opaque black color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is quite faint, I expected dark malts and firm hoppiness. Instead what I get is just dark malts basically. Taste malts, dark malts, a bit dry and earthy and earthy malt bitter. Where are the hops? Good until March 2018 label says. I really don't like this as a Black IPA. To me it tastes more like a dry stout. Hmm ok. 6-4-7-3-12=3.2. -- But wait...I just finished the rating and almost finished the bottle and now some hops finally come through! Instantly makes it way better as a Black IPA.
