Our Apple Ginger cider is unlike any cider you’ve had before. The fresh ginger and apple flavors blend together for a sweet, yet slightly tart taste with a distinct ginger aroma. The result is a smooth, refreshing cider that goes down easy.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with no head. Aroma of green apple and ginger. Taste is green apple and some ginger. It’s like they took the other two, mixed them together and added some ginger. Light bodied with a thin yet sticky texture. Soft carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, not bad. Drinkable but nothing really special.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours clear light gold with a few white bubbles. Aromas of apple and ginger - the ginger sort of muddles the apple aspects. Near med body. Flavor starts sweet, moves to ginger and finishes rather tart. Not exactly a dry finish, but not overly sweet either. Pretty drinkable.

Pours light gold into a shaker. Bright white head quickly disappears to hug rim. Apple and mild ginger aromas. Dry with sweet apple and yeast upfront turning to ginger in the medium length finish.

Same base cider it seems, just infused with ginger extract. It’s honestly better, as it hides a lot of ugly crap. Clear, darker orange/yellow active pour. Candied ginger smells sort of floral & warm. Not too soapy or strong, but dominate enough that only a touch of apple candy comes through. Taste is much stronger. Sugary sweet upfront, turning a bit herbal. Never soapy, but it’s missing that oily/zesty bite I usually get from fresh ginger. Ingredients on the bottle state "natural flavors", & I’m uncertain. Yeast & some ugly sulfites manage to squeeze their way through, with some malic acid on the back of the throat. It’s ginger soda with a splash of apple juice. This wasn’t a bad pickup.
