Originally at the Sour House. Brett Saison. Nearly a 6 month fermentation/maturation with a 1/2 pound each of peaches and apricots per gallon, followed by a dry-hop with Belma hops for a subtle strawberry flavor and aroma. Matured in stainless steel.

On tap at the Sour House. Pours murky pale gold - looks like juice. Smells like tangerine and peach juice. Flavor is peach, mango pulp, green grass, tangerine. Good and juicy.
