Originally at the Sour House. We added about 50 pounds of Apricot to each of these bourbon barrels, then topped them up with fresh Beacon Berliner Weiss and let it mature for a few weeks. The end result is an intense apricot flavor and aroma with the already tart and juicy Beacon Berliner base.

On tap at the Sour House. Hazy pale gold. Flavor is apricot, cherry, grasses, green leaves. Much tarter than the base beer, and for me not as good.
