Deep brown with no head. Sweet molasses, dark fruits, light vanilla, deep toasted cracker. Full and slick body. A bit shallow overall but nice. I don’t pick up much of the bourbon nor rum.

Bottle at Birropolis, Jerez. Brown with almost no head. Caramel, intensive raisins, dates, bourbon and rum, nice spicy notes, warming with some alcohol in the after.
