A blend of fruit sourced from a heritage orchard in Bulley, Gloucestershire and the National Perry collection at Hartpury. The 20% Staunton softens the sharper Taynton finish to deliver a well balanced, crisp perry with citrus white wine flavours. Pressed in early September 2024 and bottled in mid-April 2025. 100% juice, natural yeasts and bottle conditioned to give a gentle sparkle. Wassail!

500ml bottle from 99 Pines, for #rgpm. Sparkling pale yellow gold colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, fruit, citric, funk, acetic hint. Taste is tart, tangy, perry pears, fleshy, fruity, floral, citric, gooseberry, white wine, with some acidity and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying peary acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
