Moon Gathering is a new 6.5% ABV Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat that we hopped with Citra, Dolcita and Cashmere. It's a collaboration with our friends from Gather Brewing & Glassworks in Merrickville, Ontario. Michael from Gather came out to stay with us for the brew day and together we brewed up this beauty! In this, we enjoy rich layers of clementine and peach pit with hints of coconut.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, herbaceous character, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. Can from Gather Brewery.
