A Pirouette-cookie inspired imperial stout aged for 24 months in Basil Hayden whiskey and Heaven Hill whiskey barrels and then conditioned on cacao nibs, waffle cones and hazelnuts.

Instead of a magic pair of pants that connects a group of friends on their summer travels - it’s a magic barrel of stout and whatever we pair with it, it tastes amazing. Inspired by the world’s most versatile cookie - the chocolate hazelnut creme-filled, straw-shaped Pirouette.

24 Months in Basil Hayden whiskey and Heaven Hill whiskey barrels

Conditioned on: Cacao Nibs, Hazelnuts, Waffle Cones

Sample at Festival of the Dark Arts. Black pour, ring of brown head. Sweet aroma, brown sugar, dark roast. Taste is all aout the sweet malts, molasses, chocolate, treacle with a nice warming boozy kick. Creamy feel.
