This ale is made in the Belgian tradition with Noble hops and our Belgian yeast giving this blonde golden colored ale a wonderfully complex spicy clove like aroma and subtle dried apricot, and biscuit like flavor. This beer is a wonderful entry level Belgian beer for anyone unsure of Belgian styles.

Slight cloudy pour of gold from bottle with white head. Fruit, some clove and sugar. Pretty nice

Can. I didn't really care for this one. To me it needed more of a spicy taste and Aroma.

Dark yellow color with a clove aroma. Crisp and sweet finish with a slightly spicy and earthy flavor.

Sampled from a can this beer poured a cloudy yellow gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head. The aroma was musty and phenolic. The flavor was somewhat tangy, yeasty and phenolic with a bubblegum note. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Draft at Craft Brewed Wicked Weed event. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam. Clovey nose with some lime fall fruit, persimmon. Clean, crisp, banana, clove, nutmeg, pink peppercorns. From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity hoppy. Estery, floral. Medium dry. Estery fruity into the finish. Medium dry.
