Thus is Wicked Weed’s newest gluten reduced beer. This hoppy pale ale is made using an enzymatic process that reduced the gluten in beer. For this addition to our gluten reduced ales we chose Sorachi Ace and Cascade to impart a citrus forward hop character. Coming in at less than 10ppm gluten this lovely pale ale will please any beer drinker’s palate whether you steer free of gluten or not.

Keg at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a clear golden with a thin frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of dry crackery malt, stone fruits, herbal hops, spice. The taste is stone fruit, spice, pale malts. Medium bodied, mild lingering spice.

Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color, massive white head. Aroma of light citus. Taste is watery straw and lemon.
