This stout was inspired by a mainstay of the Disco Era kitchen: the Pineapple Upside Down Cake. It’s sticky. It’s messy. It does not look tasty, but it is addictive and fortifying. You can also pour a lot of boozy syrup over it
before you serve it. That’s where the addictive comes from. And th fortifying.
All photographic and video-graphic evidence was destroyed, but it is rumored that brewer Spencer played gentle, wholesome disco ballads across the
brewery floor late into the night on Disco Cake’s brew day. Outfitted in the classic sequins and platform shoes combo.
Spencer has this to say about Disco Cake: “Get your bellbottoms on and groove to the taste of dense caramel and sweet pineapple. Aged on rum staves to impart a light vanilla and warming spice on the finish."

Dark brown, medium head. Medium body, chocolatey, thinnish, though, lacks the richness.
