6oz pour from the cidery. Pale straw gold body; bubbling. Smell is slightly sticky & licorice-like, with a backdrop of apples. Taste is a mix of watermelon rind & bitter, rooty veggies. A little flat, more wine yeasties, tacky dry. Cascade hops used aren't very bold. Meh.

Draft at the source. Simcoe. Cloudy pale yellow, champagne bubbles. Aroma of apple skins. Taste is tart apple skins.
